6. Order Acceptance

  • After you submit an order (with personal and payment details), Lympaxus will send an email to confirm receipt—this does not constitute order acceptance.

  • Your order is accepted, and the contract with Lympaxus is completed, only when Lympaxus sends an email confirming the goods have been shipped. Only products listed in this shipping confirmation are included in the contract.

  • Lympaxus reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

    1. The ordered product is out of stock, fails to meet quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions;

    2. Incorrect pricing or product description;

    3. Failure to obtain payment authorization;

    4. Your ineligibility to purchase under these Terms of Service.

  • Our customer service team will contact you promptly if there is any issue with your order.

7. Delivery & Pickup

  • When placing an order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Our team will attempt to deliver within this timeframe but cannot guarantee it.

  • Each order is insured during shipment until delivery or pickup.

  • You must sign a receipt confirmation upon pickup. After signing, you assume responsibility for the product.

  • If the pickup person is not the original purchaser or the product is a gift, you accept their signature as proof of delivery and completion of the order, along with the transfer of responsibility.

  • Lympaxus reserves the right to update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.

8. Return Policy

  • Lympaxus offers a no-reason return policy to ensure the best online shopping experience. You may return products for a full refund if unsatisfied for any reason.

  • Return conditions:

    1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase;

    2. Returned products must be in their original condition (unused, unworn) with intact original packaging, boxes, and price tags (swing tickets).

  • Return process: Fill out the return form included with your delivery and ship the product back. If you lose the form, contact customer service to request a digital copy via email.

  • Note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
